FAQ

Common questions

About refills, exchange, taxi gas, and our 5 stations.

Pricing & Refills

Buying gas

How is refill gas priced?
You pay per kilogram at the pump — bring your own cylinder and only pay for what you fill, rather than a fixed price per cylinder size.
Can I exchange my empty cylinder instead of waiting for a refill?
Yes. Bring your empty cylinder to any of our 5 stations and swap it for a full one on the spot.
Do prices differ between stations?
Pricing is set centrally and kept consistent across Accra, Antoa, Bonwire, Bogoso, and Prestea. Check our Products page or call ahead for the current per-kg rate.
Taxi & Vehicle Gas

Autogas refueling

Do you refuel taxis and other LPG vehicles?
Yes — taxis and other LPG-converted vehicles can refuel at a dedicated point, separate from cylinder filling, at every Triple A Gas station.
Is vehicle gas priced differently from cylinder refills?
No — it's the same transparent per-kilogram rate as cylinder refills.
Do I need an appointment for vehicle refueling?
No, it's walk-up service. Pull up to the dedicated refueling point at any station.

Yes, Triple A Gas operates as a licensed LPG marketer under Ghana's National Petroleum Authority. See our About page for licensing details.
What should I do if I smell gas?
Turn off the cylinder valve, ventilate the area, avoid switches and naked flames, and call us immediately. Full guidance is on our Safety page.
How often are your cylinders and equipment inspected?
Every cylinder is visually inspected before it leaves the forecourt, and our equipment follows a regular inspection schedule across all 5 stations.
